Revisiting Indian Culture and Cuisine
Summer vacations are a time of merriment and relaxation for children, with many taking trips to other states and countries with their families. However, the summers during this pandemic could not follow the same pattern and everyone had to spend their vacations indoors to stay safe.
To eliminate the boredom this pandemic has wrought in our lives, the Social Science assignment was made to help the children travel the country virtually. In the assignment, the students were given a list of different dishes and cuisines from around the country and were asked to recreate dishes of their choice along with their family. Students truly enjoyed this experience of travelling different states through their sense of taste and this assignment successfully managed to bring a little more positivity in the lives of our students.
