Kargil Vijay Diwas

Students of Anand Niketan Sughad had the good fortune to salute the spirit and passion and pay a tribute to the sacrifice of the brave hearts of the armed forces and celebrate the marking of 20 yrs of the arduous yet glorious victory at Kargil.

A video was shown to the students depicting tales of sacrifice and the courage that led to the Kargil Vijay Diwas named after the success of Operation Vijay attained on 26 July 1999.

Few hours well spent among men committed to the nation, instilled in the students a desire and will to put the interest of the country before their personal gains.
