Inter-House Debate Competition 2025-26

Anand Niketan Sughad hosted its inter-house debate competition on July 4, 2025, in the school auditorium. Students from all four houses – Agni, Jal, Prithvi, and Vaayu – participated with great enthusiasm and intellectual vigor.

The chosen topic, "Are surveillance cameras an invasion of privacy?", sparked a lively and engaging discussion. Each house was represented by three students: one arguing "for" the motion, one arguing "against" the motion, and an interjector who posed challenging questions to both sides.

The debate showcased excellent oratorical skills, critical thinking, and well-researched arguments from all participants.

The event was a resounding success, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and intellectual discourse among the students. It provided a valuable platform for them to develop their public speaking abilities, analytical skills, and confidence in expressing diverse viewpoints.
