Field trip to AMUL Fed Dairy

From 12th August 2024 to 16th August 2024, students of Grade-6 visited the AMUL Fed Dairy, exploring various plants involved in dairy production. The trip began at the Milk Processing Plant, where students learned about pasteurization and quality control. They then visited the Ghee Manufacturing Unit, witnessing the transformation of cream into ghee, and the Butter Plant, where they saw butter being churned and molded. The highlight was the Ice Cream Plant, where students observed the entire ice cream-making process, from mixing to packaging. The visit concluded at the Packaging Section, where they learned about different packaging methods used to maintain product freshness. Overall, the trip was a valuable learning experience, giving students insight into the intricate processes behind their favorite dairy products.
